Print & Mail Center Manager
Location: Holyoke, MA
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Summary
We are seeking a Print & Mail Center Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy Print & Mail Center environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining USPS accounts, generating monthly and quarterly customer reports, tracking end-of-month volume metrics, and ensuring efficient mail and print services.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Print & Mail Center staff
• Pull and analyze end-of-month production and volume reports
• Create and distribute monthly and quarterly customer reports
• Maintain and manage USPS accounts
• Ensure smooth day-to-day print and mail operations
• Provide excellent customer service and operational support
• Perform administrative, filing, and reporting duties as needed

Driving Responsibilities
A valid driver's license is required for this role.
Driving duties include:

• Weekly travel (approximately 7 miles each way) from the Holyoke Print & Mail Center to the Springfield main hospital to support and check in with satellite staff
• Monthly trips to the Corporate Office (approximately 7 miles away) to pick up postage checks
• Visits to the Post Office to deposit funds into online postage accounts and occasionally purchase stamp rolls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
• Previous copy, print, or mail center experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company auto insurance requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• Good computer proficiency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Basic mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to operate office equipment and technical machinery

Dress Code
Business casual attire is required. Because this position operates within a Print & Mail Center environment:

• Comfortable shoes are recommended
• Khaki-style slacks are preferred
• Polo shirts or button-down shirts are acceptable
• Clothing should not display graffiti, offensive language, or large graphic images
