Job Type: Full-Time, Days (12 hour shift, 5:45am - 6:00pm)
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator for the Mount Vernon, OH team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for packaging, cleaning, and providing break relief mainly within the production area.
Key Responsibilities:

• Spotting outbound trucks into material load docks, ensuring dock-lock safety.
• Reclaiming off-quality Unbonded Loosefill and refeeding material to the forehearth.
• Properly placing bags on bagger equipment snouts for correct packaging of finished goods material.
• General cleanup duties (sweeping floors, blowing down the line/robot, cleaning break rooms, etc.).
• Assisting with Preventative Maintenance as directed.
• Performing special tasks as determined by plant staff.
• Actively participating in safety and housekeeping programs.

Preferred Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Excellent internal and external customer service.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Intermediate math skills required.
