It involves working at heights, handling various tools and equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer specifications. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.**Job Description**# ***\\*\\*\\* Must have some construction experience, be good with hand tools, & have an active driver's license\\*\\*\\******Core Responsibilities*** Assisting electricians and installers during solar installations* Carrying out tasks such as bending conduit, stripping and terminating wire, and maintaining an organized job site* Assisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiring* Using hand and power tools to install racking* Servicing the solar system as needed* Laying out and installing conduit, disconnecting switches and junction boxes correctly* Performing jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materials* Adhering to all quality and safety codes* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
