Regional Market Director

Garden Springs Healthcare is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven business development leader to expand our presence throughout the Youngstown region while driving census growth at Warren Nursing & Rehab.

This is not a traditional nursing home marketing position.

We are looking for a highly connected healthcare professional with an established network throughout the Youngstown market who can open doors, build strategic partnerships, and create new referral opportunities with hospitals, physicians, health systems, rehabilitation providers, and community organizations.

If you have a proven history of developing referral relationships, growing market share, and generating admissions, we want to talk with you.

As the Regional Market Director, you will serve as the face of Garden Springs Healthcare throughout the Youngstown region.

Your primary focus will be to:

• Increase admissions and occupancy at Warren Nursing & Rehab.

• Expand Garden Springs Healthcare's brand recognition throughout the region.

• Develop new referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, health systems, LTACHs, acute rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, hospice providers, managed care organizations, and community partners.

• Leverage your existing professional network to create new referral opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.

• Identify opportunities to penetrate new health systems, physician groups, and referral channels.

• Partner with facility leadership and Centralized Admissions to improve referral conversion and remove barriers to admission.

• Analyze referral trends and market opportunities to develop growth strategies.

• Represent Garden Springs Healthcare at networking events, healthcare organizations, and community functions.

• 3–5 years of successful healthcare business development experience.

• An extensive network of relationships within the Youngstown/Warren healthcare market.

• Demonstrated success growing referrals, admissions, and market share.

• Experience working with hospitals, physician practices, rehabilitation hospitals, LTACHs, home health agencies, hospice providers, or post-acute care organizations.

• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and produce measurable results.
