Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opportunity

TactStaff Education is hiring two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based opportunity in the Wyoming, Delaware area for the 2026–2027 school year. If you’re passionate about supporting students with behavioral and social-emotional needs while collaborating with a dedicated special education team, we’d love to connect!

Position Details
  • Full-Time, Onsite
  • 2026–2027 School Year
  • Start Date: August 19, 2026
  • End Date: June 11, 2027
  • Monday–Friday
  • Hours: 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Hourly Pay: $60–$66/hour (W2), depending on experience
Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress
  • Provide coaching and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Support positive behavior strategies across school environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Partner with families and educational teams to promote student success
Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) national credential
  • Valid Delaware School Behavior Analyst Standard Certificate issued by the Delaware Department of Education
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and educational needs
