Come work for a growing company that serves more than 6,000 businesses and puts more than 28,000 people to work daily. #powerthepurple General Purpose: To help protect and enhance the assets of the Company and stakeholders by performing a variety of risk management functions in accordance with company policy and government regulations. Essential Functions: Field Support: Review background check requests against client criminal hiring criteria and notify branch staff of outcome in accordance with established procedures. Support our offices in requests and questions related to both background checks and drug screen inquiries. Assist Director of Risk Operations in managing drug test results for the field. Provide training on different Risk Operations functions. Complete and fulfill DOT verification requests in a timely manner. Departmental Support: Handle in-coming phone calls to main Risk Operations line, answering routine questions and referring calls as needed. Update a variety of Risk Operations reports and excel spreadsheets as assigned. Create and send Pre-adverse and adverse action letters as needed for some background check vendors. Provide clerical support and other administrative assistance to department staff. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor in a timely and accurate manner.
