Compensation: $58,265.56 - $188,496.94 Responsibilities: * Respond to new buyer and seller leads quickly and follow our proven lead conversion process in Follow Up Boss * Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments set by you or booked for you by our inside sales team * Show homes, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of clients with support from team leadership * Guide clients from the first conversation through closing, with our transaction coordination team handling the file * Make daily prospecting and follow-up calls to your pipeline and nurture your database * Attend Playbook training sessions, Objection Thursday call training, and your mentor meetings * Track your activities and results in our team systems so your coaching is based on real numbers * Represent The Davis Team brand professionally in the Contra Costa and Solano County communities Qualifications: * Active California real estate license, or currently enrolled in licensing courses with a clear timeline to finish * No prior sales experience required; we train you, but you must be willing to make calls every day * Strong communication skills by phone, text, and in person * Coachable and willing to follow a proven system instead of reinventing one * Comfortable learning our tech stack, including a CRM and performance tracking tools, training provided * Reliable transportation and ability to work throughout Contra Costa and Solano Counties * Full-time availability, including some evenings and weekends, because that's when clients are free * Self-motivated and accountable, your income is tied directly to your effort About Company The Davis Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in California, ranked Top 5 at eXp Realty.
