Radiologic Technologist Gunnison, CO Specialty: Radiology Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 14 - 26 weeks Pay: $2152 - $2592 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a skilled Radiologic Technologist eager to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment? Do you excel in producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort? If so, our healthcare partner in beautiful Gunnison, CO, is looking for you to join their team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a crucial role in assisting radiologists with the diagnosis of diseases and injuries by utilizing your technical expertise in radiology and fluoroscopy. In this role, you will:
- Produce and process images of various parts of the human anatomy to assist in diagnosis
- Set proper exposure factors and position patients to achieve diagnostic quality
- Operate a diversified combination of technical equipment and software
- Prepare and administer contrast materials to patients
- Assist with special procedures and examinations
- Cross-train in additional modalities as per department policy
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Certified in and registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent
