Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges. Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary. Provide teletherapy sessions to clients to enhance accessibility, ensuring they receive the care they need regardless of their location or circumstances. Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our practice serves a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health disorders. We prioritize creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment, helping our clients from all backgrounds to confront and navigate their struggles. As a counselor, your role will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for these individuals, facilitating their journey toward recovery and empowerment. Qualifications Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients. A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences. Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently manage caseloads and client needs. Preferred Experience While not required, experience in teletherapy or working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals with trauma histories will be advantageous. Familiarity with billing and insurance processes can also be beneficial as you navigate administrative tasks related to client care. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
