What You’ll Do

• Find great talent – Source and recruit IT professionals across a wide range of technologies, roles, and experience levels.
• Create a great experience – Make sure candidates feel informed, valued, and connected throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Build your network – Develop lasting relationships through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, outreach, and the local tech community.
• Get to know people – Conduct phone and video conversations that go beyond the resume to understand skills, goals, personality, and what candidates want next.
• Partner with the team – Work closely with our sales and recruiting teams to understand client needs and move quickly when opportunities arise.
• Keep the pipeline moving – Stay connected with candidates, follow up consistently, and build relationships before the perfect opportunity even opens.
• Know the market – Stay current on technology trends, in-demand skills, compensation, and what’s happening in the IT talent market.
