What You'll Do
- Recruit skilled trades talent; you're the liaison between great workers and great opportunities
- Screen resumes and applications to find the standouts
- Interview candidates and collaborate with Account Managers to determine next steps for candidates
- Keep candidates in the loop with regular updates on hiring progress
- Coach candidates so they walk into client interviews ready to shine
- Build talent pipelines so you're never starting from zero
- Track candidate history from resumes to assignments to evaluations
- Utilize job boards to source candidates
- Stay connected with Skillworkers already out in the field
What You Bring
- Recruiting experience (staffing agency background a big plus)
- Comfort running the full hiring cycle: source, screen, interview
- Range across interview formats from phone to video
- An eye for matching skills to roles
- ATS know-how
- Communication skills that build trust fast
- The organizational talent to juggle multiple searches at once
Bonus Points
- Experience with Avionte or similar ATS platforms
- Background in travel staffing
- Familiarity with the skilled trades world
