Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and organize memorable events? Bounce N More, located in Rowlett, TX, is searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Supervisor to join our team. If you’re passionate about creating seamless experiences and have at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs an Event Supervisor at Bounce N More, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing event setup, execution, and takedown to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Managing and coordinating event staff to maintain high-quality service and professionalism.
- Communicating with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during events and providing quick, effective solutions.
- Maintaining a safe and fun environment for all participants.
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, organization, and leadership to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in event supervision, event planning, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
