Field Sales Representative

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus $2,000 Sign On Bonus! Payment in 2 installments ($1,000 after 3 months and $1,000 after 9 months). Base salary: $60,300 to $100,000, variable based on performance and location. Job Overview Field Sales Representative at AT&T located in Asheville, NC. Must be hired at the Asheville location and start employment on or before 7/31/2026. Not applicable to internal employees. Key responsibilities include delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, closing deals through demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution, and maintaining customer engagement. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing training will be provided to support field performance. Key Responsibilities Connect with existing and prospect customers daily. Deliver scheduled appointments and engage warm prospects effectively. Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and maximize upsell opportunities. Maintain a valid driver’s license and use company vehicles for official business. Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer timelines. Complete background checks, drug screening, criminal history and motor vehicle record assessments. Qualifications 1+ year of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving commission sales targets. Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive regularly.
