Server Shifts, Time, and Days: Sundays & Mondays from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Pay Range: $12.00 per hour. Responsibilities Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner. Accurately take residents’ and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Set up and break down tables (bus). Ensure compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette (e.g., serve from left, clear used dishes between courses). Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments. Qualifications Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills. Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs. Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests. May be required to vaccinate and comply with daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE protocols to prevent the spread of communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
