Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term, PART TIME basis. The role involves various clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, maintaining organized files, scanning documents, answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, assisting with office luncheons, data entry, processing customer purchase orders, and overall office organization. The position offers flexibility in both days and hours, with workdays consisting of approximately 4-5 hours per day, ideally from 9 am to 2 pm but this can be flexiable. 3-4 days a week no weekends and off most major holidays. Compensation is based on experience, starting at $20 per hour. There are no benefits offered in this part time position at this time. Candidates need to be open to occasionally filling in full 8 hour days when the primary office personnel are absent. Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
