Ambassador Personnel is currently hiring for an Order Selector position in Norcross, GA. We are seeking motivated, dependable, and energetic candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment using voice pick technology and electric pallet jacks. Summary of Position:

The Selector I DIFF will be responsible for selecting customer orders using voice pick equipment, staging pallets for outbound shipments, loading merchandise onto trailers, and safely operating electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment. Candidates must maintain productivity standards, accuracy, and safety procedures while working in dry, cooler, and freezer warehouse environments.

Job Description:

The Selector I DIFF will perform order selecting duties by pulling products from warehouse pick slots using voice pick technology and preparing pallets for shipment. Responsibilities include staging outbound palletized units, loading merchandise onto trailers, moving inventory between reserve and pick locations, labeling products using SOS label technology, palletizing customer orders, stretch wrapping pallets, and maintaining housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse. Candidates will operate electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment while following procedures and warehouse safety standards. This role requires working in fast-paced warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures including dry, cooler, and freezer areas. Employees must be comfortable meeting productivity goals, lifting up to 100 pounds regularly, working mandatory overtime when necessary, and maintaining strong attention to detail and attendance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have previous warehouse, order selecting, electric pallet jack, forklift, or cherry picker experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with basic arithmetic skills, ability to read and communicate effectively in English, and capable of working in high-volume warehouse operations.
• Experience with voice picking, palletizing, shipping, loading, and warehouse equipment is highly preferred.

Work Environment:

Warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures including dry, cooler, and freezer conditions. Shift schedule is Sunday through Thursday starting at 5:00 PM until completion of workload, with overtime mandatory if tasks are not completed by goal time. Steel toe shoes required.
