ObGyn Physician

HEADLINE: CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (This city is located about 30 to 40 minutes to downtown Chicago.) A large, well established and nationally recognized Community Health organization is seeking to recruit one full-time or two part-time Ob/Gyn physicians. It will depend upon what each Ob/Gyn physician provides. A Spanish-speaking Ob/Gyn physician would be an added benefit for their practice but is not a requirement. $ This is an Independent Contractor (IC) position. $175.00 per hour. Depending on the number of hours the provider works plus how many surgeries and deliveries she or he performs, the earning potential for the new Ob/Gyn physician is high/strong!

PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY :

• A large, well established and nationally recognized Community Healthcare Organization is seeking to recruit one full-time or two part-time Ob/Gyn physicians. It will depend upon what each Ob/Gyn physician provides.

• A Spanish-speaking Ob/Gyn physician would be an added benefit for their practice but is not a requirement.

• Availability : Ob/Gyn physicians who just completed their residency training programs or will be completing their training in June of 2025, and Ob/Gyn physicians who have work experience are all welcome to apply. They all will be strongly considered.

• Offices : They have very modern offices. They are fully staffed with Medical Assistants, Nurse Midwifes, Nurse Practitioners, Clinic Manager, and Front Desk staff. The office also houses primary care physicians.

• Work Schedule :

• Full time hours are Monday through Friday.

• Choice: Either (four) 10-hour daytime shifts or (five) eight-hour daytime shifts.

• Work one half day on Saturday.

• 60% OB and 40% GYN

• Number of OB deliveries expected per month : Approximately 60 deliveries per month

• Call : Call is 1:7. Hospital Laborists take first call.

• HOSPITAL:

• It is a newly built and very modern hospital.

• This hospital also has: a Neonatal Unit, Da Vinci Robotic equipment, and private rooms for C-sections and surgeries.

FINANCIAL COMPENSATION:

• This is an Independent Contractor position.

• One Full-Time or two Part-Time positions are available.

• This practice offers an hourly salary of $175 per hour and extra income for deliveries and surgeries.

• Paid Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage is provided by the practice.

• The Ob/Gyn physicians can take as much time off as they want to. However, they will not be paid for Paid Time Off. That is up to the Ob/Gyn physician.

• Earning Potential : Depending on the number of hours the provider works plus how many surgeries and deliveries she or he performs, the Ob/Gyn physician's earning potential is high! (This will be discussed with interested candidates.)
