RN - Hospice Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Hospice Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 1+ years of current Hospice Case Management experience License: Active Washington or Compact license Certifications: Active American Health Association BLS Active driver's license and auto insurance Reliable vehicle for covering a 60-mile service radius Clean background check Influenza, TB, and Covid vaccination records Description:We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with hospice case management experience.The RN will manage a caseload of 15 patients.The position requires 4-5 visits per day, depending on the area and patient's acuity level.Charting must be completed on the same day as visits.The RN must be willing to perform all service level nursing, including routine, GIP, continuous, and respite care.Responsibilities also include performing admission, SIA, and death visits.A reliable vehicle is necessary to cover a service radius of 60 miles, and mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.The candidate must be licensed in Washington, with an Oregon RN license preferred but not required.Application for Oregon licensure is expected upon accepting the contract.A clean background check in Washington and Oregon is required.The RN must also pass a drug screening.Acute or Med Surg experience is highly preferred.Local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
