Technical Support Specialist Job ID: 150358 Job Location: In-Person, $18.75/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time, Monday-Saturday, Opportunity for tiered pay increases A manufacturer of outdoor maintenance equipment serving residential and commercial customers. They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. Your day-to-day as a Technical Support Specialist: Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for outdoor power equipment over phone and online channels Assess customer needs and recommend additional products or services as appropriate Stay up to date on product lines and technical information through ongoing training Deliver friendly, effective customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently Your skills and experience: Basic mechanical or technical aptitude, such as experience with tools or equipment maintenance Intermediate to strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus What you can expect from ETS: Health insurance, referral program, and more Weekly pay Brand NEW exclusive ETS benefit: Get paid whenever you need with earned wages on-demand.
