What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator , you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while learning to operate industry-leading manufacturing equipment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials into production machines.
• Monitor machine performance during production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus—but not required .

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills are helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

This is an active manufacturing position requiring the ability to:

• Stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds .
• Push and pull materials as needed.
• Work around moving machinery while following all safety procedures.
