Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate has previous machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to work orders and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major mechanical problems to supervisors.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Complete production logs, quality checks, and other required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
