Azure DevOps Engineer

DevOps EngineerEnterprise Architecture & Digital Platforms is seeking a DevOps engineer to join its IT Cloud Services team. Selected candidate will be primarily responsible for administration and oversight of Dev Ops processes and procedures. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years relevant development experience in Microsoft technologies to include.Net and Powershell. Candidate must have minimum of 2 years working with DevOp tools – Azure DevOps and GitHub. The candidate must have experience working with developers and IT teams to oversee code releases ensuring security and code quality guidelines are being met. Must possess strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent analytical, organization, presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills are required.Candidate is expected to work on Dev Ops administration & automation. Participate in Dev Ops strategy and design meetings. Collaborate with internal teams in SDLC of software projects. Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages. Test and deploy applications and systems. Revise, update, refactor and debug code. Develop documentation for administration and use of Dev Ops tools & techniques. Serve as an expert on Dev Ops and provide technical support.The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate. Any experience in the development of cloud-based solutions, preferably Azure or Oracle Cloud. Any experience with the following technologies is a plus:- Azure DevOps- GitHub- Configuration management – Terraform, Bicep, etc.- Jenkins Samprasoft
