Job Description

The Load Builder/Pallet Jack Operator plays a crucial role in efficiently assembling loads and operating pallet jacks to handle perishable goods within a medium-sized team. This position ensures safe and organized shipment preparation while adhering to warehouse safety protocols and maintaining accurate inventory data. The role may require overtime work as needed but does not involve travel.

Responsibilities

Assemble and organize loads efficiently for shipment
Operate pallet jacks safely to move perishable goods
Handle inventory accurately and assist in stock management
Comply with all safety procedures and regulations
Prepare shipments ensuring quality and accuracy
Record data related to inventory and shipments

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating pallet jacks
Knowledge of load optimization techniques
Understanding of safety procedures in warehouse settings
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
