Business Analyst/Executive Assistant (EA) with Security Clearance

Amyx is seeking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to support our DLA DAI PMO Support contract at Ft Belvoir. Responsibilities The Senior Executive Assistant will work with a team of EAs to provide direct support to the DAI Functional Manager’s office and manage communications and scheduling for the DAI Functional Lead. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing information required for the preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals and reports; editing functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents; performing financial and administrative tasks; preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures and methods; maintaining a current internal documentation library; and coordinating special documentation services as needed. Qualifications Strong communication skills, organized, prior executive support experience >5 years, Secret Clearance, advanced knowledge of MS 365 Suite, fluent in English. Active Secret Security Clearance. 10 or more years of experience, experience with DoW and providing flag-level EA support, experience using AI tools. Supported technology: TMT, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, MS 365 Suite.
