Job Description The ServiceNow Business Analyst leads a cross‑functional product development team to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and customer expectations, meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Requirements 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or business process ServiceNow experience Bonus Skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Security Clearance An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start Compensation Pay range: $119,600—$169,900 USD Locations California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
