Job Description

As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will utilize your strong clinical skills to help patients identify their personal goals of care and empower caregivers with the confidence to care for their family members. You will be a generalist on all diseases and a specialist in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking.

The Primary Registered Nurse has an assigned caseload of patients and leads the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients. We provide care wherever our patients call home, including private homes, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities. Our environment fosters personalized care, where hospice nurses truly thrive.

Schedule

This position offers a weekday schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional backup for weekends and on-call duties as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Qualified candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and have strong clinical background in hospice or palliative care.
