BDR Manager

Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager, who can take a team of hungry reps and turn them into a pipeline-generating machine. You'll be building playbooks from scratch, coaching a team of 5 BDRs, and working hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to crack the outbound code. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach & develop a team of 5 BDRs - from onboarding to ramping to peak performance
- Build the outbound machine - design sequences, messaging frameworks, and prospecting playbooks that actually work
- Drive pipeline - own the team's meeting-booked and qualified-pipeline targets, and be accountable for hitting them every single month
- Hire & scale - partner with recruiting to bring in top BDR talent as we grow; you know what "great" looks like
- Use data relentlessly - track activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; turn insights into coaching moments and process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with Marketing on ICP, messaging, and campaigns; align with AEs to ensure seamless handoffs
- Champion new tools & tech - evaluate and implement tools (AI, automation, enrichment) that give your team an unfair advantage
- 2-4 years in a BDR/SDR role with at least +3 years managing or leading a team (or a clear track record of informal leadership), in a B2B Saas company, with software led products
- Proven ability to hit and exceed pipeline targets - You have proven success records in building & delivering great lead generation and growth results for a revenue org. You have an understanding of how to develop impactful strategies for outreach, lead generation and qualification and can successfully partner with marketing and sales.
- A natural coach - you get energy from developing people, not just doing the work yourself
- Opinionated about outbound - you have a clear POV on what good messaging, sequencing, and prospecting looks like
- Hands-on with the modern GTM stack - Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Clay, Apollo, or similar
- Comfortable with ambiguity - you don't need a perfect playbook handed to you, you write it
- Strong communicator - you can rally a team, give hard feedback, and present pipeline updates to leadership with equal confidence
