Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

As a Lease-Purchase Flatbed Driver you'll move flatbed freight on regional lanes, handle load securement and timely deliveries, and pursue ownership via our one-year lease-to-own program. Compensation pays 80% of gross with typical weekly gross between $7,500 and $10,000.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and secure flatbed loads on assigned routes.
• Conduct pre/post-trip and equipment inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to meet delivery windows.
