Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

What you'll do:

• Operate flatbed trailers, manage load securement, tarping and proper weight distribution.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with dispatch to plan routes, meet delivery windows, and optimize deadhead.
• Maintain accurate logs and follow DOT and ELD procedures.

Expect regional and occasional long-haul assignments, collaboration with a 24/7 support team, and a pet/rider-friendly policy. Compensation: 80% of gross (typical weekly $7,500–$10,000) with a lease-to-own path within one year and a 90-day test drive.
