What You’ll Do Source top talent using job boards, social media, and networking tools Screen candidates through phone interviews and assess fit for various roles Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process Support hiring needs for a diverse range of clients and industries Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers on job orders Track your progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools Learn and grow through daily coaching, peer shadowing, and on-the-job training What You Bring A recent Bachelor's degree in any field (we value all majors!)
