Job Details Location: SHBD Bainbridge – Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 Position Type: Full‑Time/Part‑Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Job Category: Education Responsibilities Ensure the health and safety of children. Prepare and implement hands‑on activities. Actively supervise children at all times. Maintain daily communication with families (verbal, picture, video, message). Build strong family relationships through goal setting and classroom engagement. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and appropriate interactions, dress, and communication. Participate in team‑based learning and complete required training. Ideal Characteristics Experience working with young children and coursework in early childhood or related field. Team player willing to help and collaborate. Supports families through daily communication and engagement. Enthusiastic about singing and dancing with children. Committed to watching students grow throughout the year (longevity). Provides social and emotional support and healthy relationships. Professional and committed to quality. Motivated and holds integrity when delivering commitments. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Preferred: CDA coursework or credential.
