About the Role:

Join Kiddie Kampus Child Enrichment Center as a Lead Preschool Teacher, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Conduct regular assessments to monitor each child's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Lead group activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and teamwork.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.

Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve curriculum delivery.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and center policies regarding health and safety.

Requirements:

Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred, or CDA

State certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent licensure.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.

Strong understanding of child development principles and best teaching practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Creative, patient, and passionate about fostering a love for learning.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
