Part-Time Tennis Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Tennis Coach to join our team and take their coaching career to new heights. This role offers the freedom of managing your own business as an independent contractor (1099), providing the perfect platform to attract more clients and excel in your coaching endeavors.
Build Your Business: As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to grow your client base and manage your schedule. Serve Club provides the tools and visibility to help you expand your reach and maximize your potential.
Tailored Coaching: Deliver personalized coaching that caters to the unique needs of players of all ages and skill levels. Develop training plans that help each client achieve their personal best.
Community Involvement: Be an integral part of the Serve Club community, enriching it with your expert advice, innovative training techniques, and engaging content.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success and substantial experience in tennis coaching.
- Deep Knowledge of Tennis: Comprehensive understanding of tennis mechanics, game strategy, and physical conditioning.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills to inspire clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for attracting and retaining a robust clientele.
Compensation:
- Commission-Only: Earn based on your performance with attractive splits. Expect salary to be between $0-8,000 per month based on performance and seasonality.
- Expand Your Clientele: Access to new clients provided by Serve Club.
- Earnings Potential: High performers benefit from competitive earning opportunities.
