Compensation: $70 to $100k based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, posture, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Promote a safe, organized, and patient-focused treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
