Buyer- Supply Chain Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Procure materials to meet production needs
- Expedite orders for on?time delivery
- Analyze quotes for customer RFQs
- Negotiate pricing and manage suppliers
- Use ERP/MRP to support purchasing and inventory
- Resolve supply chain issues with corrective actions
- Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives
- Collaborate internally to hit quality, cost, and delivery targets
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- 1+ year supply chain experience
- Associate degree required, bachelor's preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation
- Excel/Microsoft Office proficiency
- ERP/MRP knowledge (Macola a plus)
- MRP/JIT/Kanban experience
- Robotics experience
- Lean/Six Sigma exposure
- Manufacturing/electronics experience preferred
