Contract Administrator

Own every contract from issuance to buyout. Straticon is seeking a Legal & Contracts Administrator to own contract issuance for our project teams and support our in-house attorney in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role is a true hybrid of legal assistant and contract administration work. You will handle 100% of subcontractor contract issuance across our active projects — including the addendums that come with them — while also supporting our in-house attorney with scheduling, calls, and day-to-day legal support. You'll work closely with project teams, and your success is directly tied to getting contracts through to buyout, fast.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

100% of contract issuance for subcontractor agreements, using templates built by the legal team. Contract addendums — roughly 5 to 10 per project out of 50 to 75 total subcontracts, some running up to 9 pages. Scheduling, phone calls, and day-to-day administrative support for our in-house attorney. Close coordination with project teams to keep contract templates applied correctly and consistently. Tracking contracts toward buyout — with a bonus incentive when contracts reach buyout within 90 days. Support on outside litigation matters and coordination with outside counsel. Confidential handling of contract files, records, and sensitive legal documentation. Day-to-day work inside CMiC, Autodesk, and Monday.com to manage contracts and project documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Paralegal background or 1-2+ years of experience at a law firm strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree required — we take a close look at GPA and writing samples. J.D. holders looking to move into construction are welcome and encouraged to apply. Highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and deadlines at once. Genuinely curious and eager to learn new systems, processes, and ways of working. Trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information. Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new software — experience with CMiC, Autodesk, or Monday.com is a plus. Construction industry experience is a significant plus. Every subcontract on every project runs through this role. You will own contract issuance end-to-end, work directly with project teams to keep deals moving, and have a real hand in how quickly and cleanly our projects reach buyout. It's a role with immediate ownership, direct exposure to in-house counsel and outside litigation, and plenty of room to grow into deeper legal or contracts leadership over time.
