Operations Specialist

Summary The Operations Specialist supports store operational and inventory activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. This role manages incoming and outgoing shipments, replenishes the sales floor, organizes stockrooms, and collaborates with the sales and operations teams to maintain brand standards. Responsibilities Optimize inventory flow and streamline processing of shipments and transfers. Move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition. Implement security inspections and prepare products for display. Maintain organized, labeled stockrooms and establish efficient warehouse layouts. Coordinate with operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery. Provide inventory availability updates to the sales team to support selling efforts. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control processes.
