Collections Specialist - Phoenix, AZ | Up to $65,000 annually Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing organization in Phoenix to hire a Collections Specialist with strong B2B collections experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and driving collections results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage collections for a portfolio of national, multi-location business accounts Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to secure payment and reduce outstanding balances Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on account risk and exposure Research and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment-related issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely resolution of account concerns Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain detailed account documentation Build and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection goals Requirements 3+ years of B2B collections experience Experience collecting from business accounts (not consumer collections such as auto loans, mortgages, or credit cards) Experience managing national or multi-location customer accounts Salary range: Up to $65,000 annually.
