We are seeking a Travel Services Specialist to assist clients with researching and organizing a variety of travel experiences. This role involves client communication, travel research, organization, and learning about different destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and travel services.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in learning about the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with researching a variety of travel options based on client preferences.
• Gather travel dates, destination preferences, budgets, and other trip requirements.
• Research cruises, hotels, resorts, theme-park vacations, all-inclusive stays, and other travel options.
• Help organize reservation information and trip details.
• Communicate with clients regarding questions, updates, and planning needs.
• Maintain accurate client and travel information.
• Assist with follow-up throughout the planning process.
• Complete training and stay current with travel products and destinations.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online research tools.
• Able to learn new systems and travel products.
• Customer service, education, hospitality, administrative, or travel experience is helpful.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
