As an Express Service Advisor, you will make vehicle service recommendations, educating customers on the value of routine maintenance and repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the service process, ensuring each customer leaves the dealership satisfied with their experience. You will work cohesively with other Express Service Advisors and a team of Express Technicians.
