We are seeking Head of Corporate Real Estate and Business Services leader, responsible for owning the company’s real estate portfolio, which is a key strategic lever for operational efficiency, workforce agility, associate experience and customer-centric innovation.The leader will lead a team of real estate facilities management (REFM) professionals to drive a modern, flexible footprint that supports hybrid work, contact center evolution, and regional market optimization. Our real estate portfolio totals approximately 5 million square feet (leased and owned); and supports the work of approximately 26,000 employees. In addition to real estate, this leader will be responsible for the overall real estate portfolio, mail operations, corporate security, executive protection, fleet management and corporate travel.Location: Bethesda and New YorkReports To: Chief Financial OfficerLevel: Vice PresidentKey Responsibilities:Enterprise Real Estate StrategyDemonstrate success partnering with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) stakeholders to shape and execute enterprise location strategy and major real estate investment decisions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, workforce strategy, financial discipline, and long-term growth objectives. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
