Location: Paramus, NJ, 07652
Duration: 52 Weeks + (Possible extension)
Shift: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Schedule: 5 x 8 Hours
Travel required : Between Paramus and Clifton, NJ locations
Pay - $21 to $23/ hr. on w2 (Negotiable) Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
- Vital Signs
- Patient Preparation & Assistance
- Infection Control
- Medication Reconciliation
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of computerized processes and data entry procedures
- AHA BLS
- One of the following certifications:
- CMA (NHA)
- CMA (NCCT)
- CMA (AAMA)
- RMA (AMT)
- RMA (NAHP)
- AMCA
- NCMA
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms
- Prepare patients for physician visits and examinations
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Assist with patient care under supervision
- Perform EKG, PFT, Audiometry, and Titmus testing as assigned
- Perform UDS, BAT, Phlebotomy, and laboratory testing as assigned
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Assist with billing and collection procedures
- Utilize EMR and office software systems
- Ensure patient confidentiality
- Provide patient-centered care to diverse populations
- Weekend requirement: TBD
- No holiday requirement
- No on-call requirement
- No float requirement
- Scrub color: Win
