Agency Coordinator- Aaron Ameduri Farmers Insurance Agency

Overview No insurance experience required. We can teach insurance. We can't teach attitude, ownership, and work ethic. We are not looking for a traditional insurance CSR. We are looking for someone who can help a growing agency provide an exceptional client experience while helping create opportunities for growth. This role is a combination of client service, onboarding, relationship building, organization, and appointment setting. The right person will help make sure clients are taken care of, tasks are completed on time, opportunities are not missed, and the agency runs smoothly. Most importantly, this role helps free the agency owner to focus on helping more clients and growing the business. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER. Responsibilities Support client service, onboarding, relationship management, organization, and appointment setting to ensure a smooth operation and timely completion of tasks. Ensure clients are taken care of and opportunities are not missed. Assist in freeing the agency owner to focus on growth and client acquisition. What This Is Not This is NOT a sit-at-a-desk-and-answer-the-phone position. This is NOT a role where you simply process paperwork all day. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of a growing business and make a direct impact on the client experience and agency growth. What Success Looks Like within your first 90 days New clients feel welcomed and taken care of Follow-ups and onboarding items are completed on time The agency owner's calendar stays organized Opportunities for additional coverage are identified Tasks stay current and organized Clients receive exceptional service The agency runs smoother because you’re here Compensation Base Pay $2,000 per month Bonus Opportunities No overdue assigned tasks $10 Per Qualified Appointment Set Appointment completes and is held with the agency owner

• 20 Per Cross-Sold Policy
• 75 Per Life Insurance Policy Issued & Paid (Resulting from an appointment you scheduled)
