Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and outreach
• Quote and present coverage options based on client needs
• Close sales and meet production goals
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
• Develop strong client relationships

Requirements

• Actively licensed Property & Casualty prior to start
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-minded with a competitive and motivated mindset
• Ability to manage time and stay organized
• Coachable and open to feedback
