Responsibilities

Guide clients through their insurance options by carefully listening to their specific life circumstances and property needs.

Prepare and present tailored coverage plans that offer genuine protection and peace of mind.

Address service-related inquiries with care, resolving concerns to ensure every policyholder feels heard and valued.

Review existing accounts to ensure our clients are correctly covered as their lives and assets evolve over time.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions are documented clearly.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to share knowledge, improve our internal workflows, and foster a welcoming office culture.

Requirements

Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to explain complex policy details in both languages.

Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance agency setting.

Demonstrated history of managing a book of business effectively.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital document handling.

Understanding of Texas-specific insurance regulations and local market trends.
