Are you a licensed insurance salesperson who knows how to follow up and close?

The Jennifer Haring Agency is looking for a bilingual Personal Lines Producer to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency in Fort Worth.

This is a true sales role focused on new business.

Our service team handles renewals, billing questions, policy changes, and customer service after the sale so you can focus on what you do best: selling.

• Renters
• Condo
• Umbrella
• Motorcycle
• RV
• Boat
• Life Insurance (if properly licensed)

Requirements

Today's quote can become tomorrow's sale, but only with consistent follow-up.

This is not a cold-call-only position, but outbound follow-up and pipeline management are major parts of the role.

• Quote and sell Farmers personal lines products
• Follow up by phone, text, and email
• Work agency opportunities and referrals
• Contact prior clients and prior quote opportunities
• Generate cross-sell opportunities
• Generate Life Insurance opportunities if properly licensed
• Maintain an organized pipeline
• Meet quoting, activity, and production goals
• Collect documents needed to bind new policies
• Active Texas Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
• Fluent in English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Life & Health License preferred, but not required
• Sales experience preferred
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Organized and able to manage a pipeline
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills
