Responsibilities

Consult with prospective clients to identify their unique coverage needs for home and auto protection.

Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes that provide real value to the customer.

Close new business consistently by effectively highlighting the benefits of Allstate policies.

Review existing client accounts to ensure they have adequate coverage and identify opportunities to offer better protection.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our agency management system to keep operations running smoothly.

Participate in local community outreach initiatives to help build the agency's presence in Bedford.

Requirements

Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of two years of direct experience selling home and auto insurance policies.

Strong proficiency in navigating Allstate insurance systems and rating software.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Clear and articulate communication skills for phone and in-person consultations.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with local Bedford market dynamics is a significant plus.
