We are currently looking for an experienced, licensed producer to join our team in Bedford, Texas. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and has the sales experience to back up that passion. Your primary focus will be providing comprehensive solutions for auto, home, and life insurance, helping our clients navigate their options with confidence and clarity. ResponsibilitiesConsult with new and existing clients to determine their specific coverage needs for auto, home, and life insurance.
Generate and present competitive quotes that provide meaningful protection for families in our community.
Manage your own pipeline, following up on leads and inquiries with persistence and care.
Review existing policy portfolios to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that provide better peace of mind.
Maintain accurate records in our database to ensure every client interaction is documented and handled with precision.
Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to a supportive office culture.
RequirementsActive Texas Property & Casualty license
Active Texas Life insurance license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas
Strong command of agency management systems and quoting software
Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details to homeowners and drivers
Proven track record of managing a high volume of leads independently
