Our Insurance Sales Protégé Program is designed for motivated individuals who want to become successful insurance producers with coaching, structure, and a clear path forward. This is a paid, hands-on training program where you’ll learn how to sell insurance, build client relationships, and grow.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Follow up on leads promptly and effectively
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and benefits

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty License (Life Health accepted as well or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
