Responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound calls to prospects, leads, and warm opportunities
• Follow up with prospects using phone, text, and email
• Conduct highvolume quoting because more quotes = more sales
• Close new business across Auto, Home, Renters, and other P&C lines
• Build rapport quickly and convert leads into customers
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and follow Allstate compliance standards
• Work closely with agency leadership to hit monthly production goals

Requirements

• Must have an active Texas Property & Casualty license
• Must enjoy sales, competition, and performancebased income
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently
• Strong closer with confidence and energy
• Organized, coachable, and hungry for growth
• Prior insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Spanish speaking is a plus
